The Department of Educational Administration of Hacettepe University aims to raise visionary and entrepreneurial individuals who can manage and develop all kinds and levels of public and private educational institution; possess leadership knowledge, skills and attitudes at institutional and individual level; and assimilate scientific and professional ethical values. The graduates of the department have high qualifications to monitor, interpret and pioneer the contemporary developments in the field of education with educational policies, educational administration and supervision at national and international level. In order to develop and maintain this feature of the department, inspiring scientific researches and publications at national and international level are produced in the department. In this context, the faculty members produce national and international scientific projects with students in the thesis and non-thesis master's and doctorate programs having rich course content and continuous their current projects.
