The mission of the division is to provide high quality higher education and research in both national and international contexts for the development of individuals in education; therefore, to increase the level of community and the intellectual standards of living. In order to prepare qualified manpower who will have a profound impact on educational practices, policy, and research, the Division provides well equipped training and research programmes.

To become an internationally recognized division and to be effective in the establishment, development, and implementation of regional educational policies and to train highly qualified manpower for community services with quality teaching and research programmes.
