Hacettepe University Department of Educational Administration aims to educate visionary and entrepreneurial individuals who can manage and develop public and private educational institutions of all types and levels, who have leadership knowledge, skills and attitudes at institutional and individual level, who have internalized scientific and professional ethical values. Graduates of the department are highly qualified to follow and interpret national and international educational policies, educational administration and supervision, and contemporary developments in the field of education, as well as to pioneer contemporary developments. In order to develop and maintain this feature of the department, national and international scientific research and publications are produced. In this context, the faculty members of the master's and non-thesis master's programs and the doctoral program, which have rich course contents that are constantly updated, produce national and international scientific projects together with their students and continue their existing projects.
